I had Empire install a recessed box for my Samsung Frame TV. They also installed an outlet and a Blink doorbell. All of this work was done in an older house, so the Empire guys had to get creative. I am very pleased with their work and professionalism. They called to ask if they could come earlier than scheduled. They arrived a bit before the new time. The Empire guys worked quickly and cleaned up after completing their work. Excellent experience!

Crew was very professional and knowledgeable, they answered every question we had. They were careful to remove shoes before entering the house and not bring snow/mud and salt inside. The job was completed the same day and everything was explained to us prior to their departure.

Matt and Will from Empire did a great job installing 6 new recessed light fixtures, switch box and dimmer switch. They were happy to review the project with me before starting work and were very pleasant and conscientious in everything they did to successfully complete the project. Highly recommend! I also appreciated Jennifer’s availability and help with getting questions answered, scheduling coordinated and status updates.

Empire Electric was an absolute pleasure to do business with. We had a bad meter at a rental property and they promptly diagnosed the issue, quickly turned a very fair quote around and were out a few days later to complete the job. The crew did an immaculate job. I thought they used high quality parts and equipment and charged a very fair price. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone in need of a quality electrician.

Empire Electric is an amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would! When I had a tree fall on my power line they were able to come out within the hour to assess everything! Not only that but they were also able to help with all questions I had and assisted with getting all the information I needed! Definitely use them for all your electrical needs!

We recently had Empire Electric replace our fuse box after water had been leaking into it from the outside. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. Brad and Patrick were the technicians who handled the work, and they were very professional, clean, and respectful of our home. They explained everything clearly, addressed the issue safely, and made sure everything was up to code. They left the workspace spotless and made the whole process stress-free. I’m very glad we chose Empire Electric and would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work—especially if safety is a concern. Great job!

We have used their services twice in the past 12 months and they have been fair and honest each time! They do excellent work, and have been very helpful. They aren't out there to price gouge you. I will continue to use Empire Electric again when I inevitably start a task I can't finish.

I recently had this company upgrade my electrical service. The crew who came to my house were professional, courteous, and thorough. Eric was the head technician for our project. He was awesome, and his crew were polite. They worked as a team, and completed the job efficiently. They insisted on cleaning every area they disturbed upon completion. I said I would take care of cleaning, and they insisted they did the cleanup. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for work to be done. We did receive other estimate. I believe you get what you pay for. Although a little higher than some of our other estimates. The total job from estimates to completion, and the communication was top notch. Keep up the great work, and best of luck with future business. Empire Electric is the company you should hire. Thanks for the great job.
